Jossette has been at UNC Chapel Hill since 2017 and joined ARS in June 2022. Originally from Michigan, she moved to North Carolina to pursue a PhD in French and Francophone Studies. During her time as a doctoral student in the Department of Romance Studies she served as the Graduate Student Liaison for the Departmental Accessibility Resources Interest Group. Jossette has several years of experience in teaching a diverse population, including undergraduate French language, literature, and culture, high school French, and English for adult multilingual learners.
