Kaitlyn is a North Carolina native and has worked in ARS since May 2022.  She has a B.S. in Family and Community Services from ECU, and an M.Ed. in College Counseling and Student Development from NC State.  Before coming to ARS, Kaitlyn worked as the University Approved Absence Office Coordinator at UNC Chapel Hill and worked in the Dean of Students Offices at UNC Charlotte and ECU.  In her free time, she enjoys watching Netflix, traveling, and spending time with family and fur babies.
