Simon is a psychology graduate, has a post-graduate teaching certificate, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Language and Communication Impairments in Children, a Certificate in Student Affairs, and a Masters in Adult Education. Simon started in ARS in April of 2014 in the role of Assistant Director becoming the Associate Director in 2018; he has over 25 years of experience in post-secondary disability support including managing a pan-university disability support service in the North West of England based at The University of Manchester in The UK.
