Documentation

Documentation must substantiate the fact that the condition (disability or chronic medical condition) is present, limiting a major life activity or major bodily function with impacts upon functioning.

Access to the Internet

If you are concerned that you have Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Specific Learning Disorder (Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia etc) or ADHD (Attention and Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) etc. that may be interfering with your academic life here at UNC, it might be possible to have a psycho-educational evaluation. 

  • At this time, the priority date for Corbitt Scholarship submissions received during Fall 2020 has passed; however, we can evaluate your request once you have registered for Spring 2021 classes.
